Even in the new version, scores from version 2 cannot be imported without problems. No text templates are assigned to the various text elements at the beginning of the several parts. This includes Subtitle, composer, lyricist, voice excerpt.
Open the included document and look at the heading of the different parts. It looks ugly.

Sorry.
confirmed
The score contains some custom text styles (but doesn't uses them, at löeast not for those texts in the title frames), not sure this has some influence for this issue.
I'm guessing this may be related to #285434: Certain 2.x frame texts imported with no style, resulting in wrong size etc.. The mechanism we use to attempt to sort out the different types of text and how they have changed between 2.3.2 and 3.0 is a bit fragile and sometimes things go wrong, unfortunately. Pretty sure its related to the the readahead scheme, but not sure why it's not working here specifically.
In addition to 'no style' here it also is 'wrong style' at times, and it is the case only in parts. Other than that it might be a duplicate.

I confirm the issue and attach 2 additional samples if it can help to identify the cause.

Please notice that in NOTTE_DI_LUCE all the parts display the issue (especially for lyricist and composer) while in DIO_S'è_FATTO_COME_NOI there is one part (CORO) which looks almost fine.
Finally, I notice that also in the main score, the lyricist and the composer do not looks perfectly aligned (down), as they used to look in Musescore2...
came up again in #291716: When importing from Musescore 2 styles are not assigned.

Es wäre langsam Zeit den Fehler auszubessern, anstatt ständig darüber zu schreiben. Wozu berichtet man eigentlich Fehlerbeobachtungen? Um das Programm zu verbessern oder um Stoff zum Diskutieren zu haben?
Workaround is to change those to 'their' text styles, in that particular score a matter of 10 minutes work
See PR https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/6075
(Even if some of the scores in this issue report also suffer from the same bug of #285434: Certain 2.x frame texts imported with no style, resulting in wrong size etc.)
