Playback not working with VoiceMeeter Banana
Hey all, I've just installed Voicemeeter Banana to my laptop and now Musescore playback won't work. I do realise that new audio drivers from the Voicemeeter program have been installed in my computer but there isn't any logical reason why Musescore can't be rerouted through Voicemeeter.
I've attached a pic of the greyed out playback button. When I notate, I can't hear anything, and I can't play any of the notes either. If anyone has any experience with this I'd really appreciate your help!!

I have absolutely no clue what voicemeeter would be, but check your settings for the correct device in Edit → Preferences → I/O

If you can't even select an API, then consider point 4 of https://musescore.org/en/node/96811
Perhaps your new drivers are 32-bit only? In which case you'd have to use the 32-bit MuseScore as well.

Yepp it did: just restarted the program, which updated itself for some reason, reset to default settings, which gave me back my options, then chose the API and Device according to the input and output device in Voicemeeter.
