barline in the middle of a bar
I have acquired an extraneous barline inside a measure but do not know why. How do I get rid of it?

I don't see any in that image, just the regular barlines, as needed for a 6/4 time sig

Thanks for the suggestion. I have managed to get rid of the problem by cutting and pasting into a new bar.
