One wrong instrument after uploading score to website
Today I uploaded a mixed ensemble score but the drums play as a piano. All other instruments are correct. All instruments are MuseScore_General.sf3 sound fonts, Musescore version 2.3.2, windows 10. I've tried changing and resaving the drum kit but it still plays as a piano. Plays properly on my computer and a mp3 export plays correctly.
Just a problem on the website upload. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try using MuseScore 3.6.2, 2.3.2 is pretty outdated meanwhile, not sure in how far the musescore.com website still supports it.
Also consider sharing the score here, for troubleshooting

Thanks for the speedy reply Jojo. I do have 3.5, I'll try that first. If the problem persists I'll attach the score for your inspection. In the meantime, thanks to you and all the folks at MuseScore for the great work you do!

Hello again. So I resaved the score using the 3.5 version and I still have the problem with the drums playing as a piano. Really sounds weird. I've attached both the v.2.3.2 and v 3.5.0.12237 versions for your opinion. Thanks again!

The Drums sound as Piano in 3.5.2, 3.6.2 and in 2.,3.2 too! So no wonder that it does in musescore.com too
Right-click into the staff > Staff/Instrument properties > Change Instrument > Drumset (yes the same as it allegedly is), and it's sound properly and then should upload correctly too

Great! I've not tried that yet. Thanks, I'll see if it works.

Unfortunately that didn't work. After following your instructions I had the same problem. So next I completely changed the drum kit from "Standard" to "Jazz #4" and now it plays some very jumbled mix of bass, percussion and cymbals in the drum track (basically the same problem). Something is amiss with this track alone; every other track is fine. Again, it plays properly at my end regardless of what I change, just not on the website after uploading. So I deleted it from the site.
Of all the scores I've uploaded, this is the only one I've ever had a problem with. Not sure what to try next. Ideas?

Further thoughts.....
Suspecting that something may be fundamentally corrupt with the original drum track, I think I'll delete the whole track from the score and rewrite it entirely from scratch. If you have any ideas, let me know. Will keep you posted....

Problem solved! I was able to replicate the problem here and realized that the drum track was now trying to make guitar sounds. THAT'S when I discovered that I'd saved Guitars-Universal-v 1.5.sf2 sound fonts to the score. (I used their fonts for the rhythm and lead guitars.) So I cleared that from the synthesizer and reset the guitars using MuseScore sound fonts and, voilá! Problem solved. It uploaded and plays perfectly on the website. The second set of sound fonts must confuse the synthesizer. Thanks for your patience, Jojo, keep up the good work!
