If your driver is 32-bit then you'll want to use the 32-bit version of MuseScore as well; (or find 64-bit drivers)

Did you connect and turn on the keyboard before starting MuseScore? That is normally required as well.

yes

The experiment with different audio devices in Edit / Preferences / I/O - try each in turn, restarting MuseScore after each change, leaving the keyboard connected and turned on the whole time, and see if any combination results in the MIDI device being detected in that same dialog. And be absolutely sure you have 64-bit drivers. Many older devices would by default include only 32-bit.

i have done that but still nothing happened

I'm curious, how did you verify the driver was64 bit? By examining the binary file, by contacting the manufacturer, or some other method? Anyhow, it could also be it's simply too old/limited to work with the rest of your OS. According to what I could find online, that model was made in 1987? Not surprising it wouldn't have modern drivers and could thus have issues with at least some modern software.

it says in my system settings

That says your Chrome OS is 64-bit, nothing about the drivers it may use.
But for Chrom OS the only supported MuseScore is the Linux AppImage as far as I know, and that in turn is known to not work with Jack and or MIDI devices?

That explains it, ChromeOS does not support MIDI for Linux apps, period. I guess we should have asked what OS you were on sooner!
