Space between systems
I want to reduce the space between systems. I can change this spacing on the Layout screen but the notes get smaller as well. Is there a way to do this?

The options to control spacing are found in Format / Style / Page. If you attach your actual score rather than just a Word document, we can understand and assist better.
This score is to be exported as PNG to be inserted in a worship bulletin (11x14 - book fold format). We do have copyright permission.
The spacing, as set, wastes space in the printed material.

Instead of changing the disctances, simply disable vertial alignment of staves

Actually, in this score, you'lll want to do both - disable vertical justification (to work around a bug where the max distance is honored correctly otherwise), and decrease the max system distance.
