Is there a way to adjust the tuning of an entire score?
I don't mean changing the key I mean pitching the whole score up by a couple of cents.

Thank you I did not know about this.
Or if it's literally just for one score, select all notes (eg, Ctrl+A, press "Notes" in the Inspector) then adjust the tuning there in the Inspector.
