Subscribed User Unable to Access Official Score from iOS App

I am a subscribed user.
My account is able to access Official Score from a Web Brower but CANNOT access the SAME Official Score from iOS App.
I raised this issue to MuseScore Support but not resolved for a whole week. No RESPONSE from Support Team.
What I am supposed to do to have it resolved?
