Email notifications regarding posts to which I've replied or subscribed
Today I'm receiving duplicate or triplicate email notifications of posts made in:
https://musescore.org/en/comment/1130398#comment-1130398
Anybody else experience that?
I thought it might be a glitch in my email server. But I had a lot of email today and only notification related to Our Progress on MuseScore 4 were duplicated.
Curious.

Anyone who comments or edits a recent post of his or her own generates an email to all participants. Could this be the explanation?

So far, in the above conversation, there are a dozen new comments.

Of course. When someone adds a new comment notification goes out to those who have participated in that discussion, or who have subscribed to it.
My point was that today—for the first time—I received duplicate or triplicate notifications for each post made. Ordinarily I receive just one notification for each new post. Seemed possible that this might be due to a forum notification glitch.

I didn't notice this for me, but I don't know if anyone else has experienced the problem
As mentioned above it could be an edited post or a small site debacle (a few hours ago I noticed a slowdown). Perhaps one of MuseScore's Angels will have a better answer ;-)
