If you've downloaded a nightly (which comes as 7zip archives) then all you need to do is unzip it somewhere and then run the main executable from within that extracted folder. Nightlies are not installed in the traditional sense of the word (no file associations, no registry or package manager updates etc..)

If you didn't unzip the archive but executed from within it those are indeed expected. Because it can't find those dll's because those are still compressed into the archive.

Is there a version called Musescore 4?

Not yet.
I found MuseScore 4.zip in a very strange place, Muse Hub / Data / Installers. When I double-clicked on the zip file, I got “Unable to expand MuseScore 4.zip into Downloads. (Error -1 - No such process.)”. Where do I go from here?
Thanks

Aha. There is some good news on this. I copied the zip file to Downloads.
(1) I had success on:
MacBook Air 2020 (Intel)
Ventura 13.0.1
—but not when leaving the zip file in the original folder.
(2) BUT no luck with:
MacBook Pro M1
Ventura 13.0.1
On both computers I gave Downloads Read & Write Access for Everyone.
I see that someone else got the same error when opening a zip file on an M1 MacBook Pro. This relates to Case 2 but not Case 1.
Some IT support person expert said it was an apple certificate issue, and seemed to have fixed it, for the complainant ... https://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php?topic=71565.0
