Hey guys,
I am writing an arrangment for O Holy Night. In the beginning I put it in 6/8 and added up to 50 measures. On page 1 I had no problems. However, when I got to page 2 it is in 3/4 and won't allow me to change it. Anyone can help shed some light on this for me?

Will do. I just posted it.
Below is the arrangement. It is fine on the first page in 6/8. However the next pages its default is 3/4.

I see no 3/4 in that score. Other than that you have entered notes as half plus quarter (minim + crotchet) in measure 13 (voice) and 14 (piano) and three quarters in measure 14 (harp). If you don't want the rhythms spelled that way, then don't enter them that way. You can use [Tools]>Regroup rhythms to put them into the usual 6/8 groupings.

That sounds more like what I'm looking for. On page two I entered the melody rhythm from the traditional score and it wouldn't let me put it in. It must be the regrouping thing you suggested.

What do you mean "it wouldn't let me put it in". You can enter whatever rhythm grouping you like. It is up to you to get it right though. Musescore only does what you tell it to. It doesn't read minds (yet).

Why is "VERSE" entered as a chord symbol?

I'm still learning the software. I used finale in college 11 years ago and I'm not used to this system yet.

In case you haven't already, have a quick look at at least the basics in the online handbook: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/basics
While its not a step-by-step tutorial kind of document, skimming over it might trigger enough of a memory on what exists and where to find the starting information about things you might wish to achieve.
