Every time I open a orchestral piece of any kind, Musescore crashes but when I open a piano piece it doesn’t crash. It does this when it's saved to the cloud and computer. Does anyone know how to fix this???? Restarting the computer or re-downloading MuseScore does not work.
Working on MacOs Ventura 13.1
!f anyone can help, it'd be great. On Monday (when I downloaded it) it didn't happen and when I came back on Tuesday I couldn't get a hang of it... Thanks in advanced!

It opens lots of orchestral pieces just fine, so if you have a handful you've tried where it crashes, we'd need you to attach one or more of them here in order to investigate what makes those different from others - or, if it turns out to be an issue unique to your system.

Here are some of them
None of these crash on open for me. Is there some other set of steps I would need to follow after opening them in order to see a crash?

Not really. I just open up MuseScore, press one of the files, and boom it quits automatically. I've tried restarting the computer and re-downloaded MuseScore but it doesn't seem to be working :/

The same thing willemmusik20 describes keeps happening to me. Using MacOS Monterey 12.6.1.
Has anyone found a solution??? It's also happening to me again with this:
MS4 on windows 10: All examples opened nicely. It may be that the matter is something in your machine. I have no idea how to debug an apple.

I have had that too - and I am also working off of Ventura 13.1!!!!!!!!!!!
SO FRUSTRATING
Here are some that I've had happen (usually happens in the middle of loading samples of larger rep) - I'm in the middle of arranging for a class otherwise I would load more here but I can pretty much guarantee that it's something to do with the capabilities of this operating system communicating with Musescore 4 when in the middle of loading samples.
