multi measure rests
Whenever I hit the M key to make multi measure rests it only condenses 5 of the last 5 measures with only rests. Whenever I select all the measures I want to be condensed it still only does 5.

It joins empty subsequent measures.
There are things that interrupt them, like time sig, key sog or clef changes, rehearsal marks, etc

Normally better the score, but I'm away for m my computer, so a photo might do.

Hmm, "Break multimeasure rest" is not ticked, so the reason must be something else.
Better attach the score and wait for someone else to check it

Same, looks correct, so should work
As mentioned, we really need the actual score, not a picture, in order to do anything more than guess.
