As far as I can see, it's currently a shambles. You can't even select the apparent option"Toggle duration dot", which in other software toggles between no dot, single dot and double dot.
Enable it in the toolbar via the cogwheel ⚙️

Oh my, LSNED (= learn something new every day).
The cogwheel allows you to enable a feature by changing the "eyelashes" (disabled) to "eye open" (enabled).
