BTW, that's in 4.0.
It is in the text's properties tab

Thanks! Sure is a lot harder to get to in 4.0. F2, once learned, was sooo easy.

But there's Shift+F2 now ;-)
Seems F2 is now used as an alternative to Alt+Shift+E, for editing an element
