TEXT and LYRIC default font

I do not like the Edwin font. How do I change the font for all of my lyrics to another font, specifically Arial for a whole composition.

I also want to do that for all Text entries on a score as well.

I used Select-All and changed it on the Properties tab. However, I wasn't finished adding lyrics to the score and new lyrics are defaulting to Edwin. How do I change that?
