Clef position

Hello,
How can I place a clef before the barline in version 3? I found instructions for version 4, but there's no information in the version 3 handbook. I have two scores, and in one, the clef is placed before the barline, while in the other, it's placed after. I cannot find how I can manage this. I've attached two scores opened in one Musescore 3 session below.
