Uneven vertical spacing
Hi - I am new to this!
I have attached the score I am working on as a pdf.
You will see my problem - the systems have different spacings on pages 2 and 3.
I have selected 'enable vertical justification'
I know that I can play around with values for spacing on the Format - Style menu, but how do I get the same spacing on all pages between staves and between systems?
I appreciate any help.

First I see a stray quarter rest above staff 28 (soprano staff). This may affect the layout of adjacent staves. Select it and press Ctrl/Cmd + R to reset its default position.
For the more general layout, it would be much easier to help you if you attached the .mscz file itself (rather than the PDF, which says nothing about the settings that were made).
We can give general advice, but since each score is unique by definition, the parameters may react differently.
EDIT: About general advice, I guess you have already read the handbook, this chapter? https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/score-size-and-spacing#vertical-spa…
and https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/pages-and-vertical-spacing

Many thanks for this helpful reply.
The problem was the rest - which I didn't know how to sort out!
I had consulted the handbook, but not seeing what I needed to do.
In future I will attach the musescore file - makes sense.
