Winged repeat styles do not meet the staff edge

I'm sure this has been reported before, but can find it currently

I just wanted to confirm that this bug still exists in 4.4 when using Ubuntu 24.04.

When I export a file as an SVG into Scribus, I can ungroup the svg and then nudge all the repeat sign elements to be flush with the staff edge. When exporting as a PDF and using a PDF editor, I can move only the wings and the repeat dots, but not the final barline. I can create a white comment box with my PDF Editor to cover up the bumps on the staff, but both of these workarounds require separate tools to manipulate the images. The repeat sign should normally be flush with the right edge of the staff.

If the default positioning of winged repeats cannot be changed, then having an option that allows nudging of all repeat signs and final barlines would be ideal. I was unable to move or nudge any repeat signs using the double barline distance option in Styles--Barlines, which is the option I intuitively thought would be used, even though I believe it determines a minimum distance from the last note in a measure to the final barline instead of the position of the final barline relative to the right edge of the staff.
