How do i horizontally move beams?
So I'm transcribing the Violin partitas from bach and quite often, there are some notes that are in different positions than in the original score, or theyre slightly offset to make it easier to read (in the original score). Most of the time it works fine with voices, but quite often, it doesnt.
To fix the offset, I'm using the Note head & Stem offset in properties, which in its own is quite inefficient, since i manually have to see which offset works best for the current situation, type it in for both head offset and stem offset, and if it doesnt work, do it all over again, and that for EVERY NOTE!
Of course thats a bit over exaggerated, but thats basically how it works. There's also another issue however, which is that there is no beam offset option in the properties, and because for some reason the beams dont move when you move the note heads and stems that leaves a tiny gap between the stem and the beam, with is quite frustrating to look at. Ive also tried turning auto-place off in the properties, which does nothing.
Do you know any solutions that would help?
(The first picture is some examples of where i have to change the positions of notes and unravel the mess. And its not only in situations where it is this obvious, most often it is where it confusing, but not at first sight.
The second picture is the issue with the beams not moving accordingly and the same bar from the original score to show how it SHOULD look like.)

The beams will move with the noteheads and stems if you select the chord. In Musescore terms the chord is a stem plus all noteheads attached to it (even if there is only one) and any flag/beam. You can select a single chord if you Shift+click on any part of it. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/selecting-elements for more details.
To move beams vertically, click on the beam and then drag the handles (square boxes at ends and middle) to where you want them.

I meant moving them horizontally, sorry
Don't use element offset on head and stem, but chord offset, which moves heads, stems, flags/beams and accidentals in one go.

Thanks!
