I've looked up on google and since it's happened to the three of us (including me) it's probably that the site is either under maintenance or there's a database problem so probably just wait it out a bit.
These are all the links (that I've found!) that talk about the difference between musescore.org and musescore.com. That last link is the answer to MANY of the questions that are asked in which the answer is "musescore.com". It's simply boilerplate text. If it doesn't apply, ignore it.

I make 4. I also think it is probably an internal problem or a database problem.
I think the problem may have resolved now, as I was having the same problem, but I just tried saving it and it worked.

Mine is saving to the computer but not over onto musescore...
me as well tried to save earlier today and just now but it wont
having the same issue...

Mine just says score in processing...
And then if I go to the Studio, it won't save to the cloud. I don't know what the issue is

Seems an issue with musescore.com, so go and ask there rather than here on musescore.org
