How to find My Courses
I recently purchased a MuseScore PRO+ with LEARN Lite subscription. This is supposed to include one course a month, which I signed up for last month. December rolled around and I received an email telling me that I'm entitled to a new Editor's Pick course this month. But when I try to pick one of them, I see the message:
You already used your MuseScore LEARN Lite allowance this month.
Upgrade your subscription to MuseScore LEARN to play this course now.
I have not used my allowance this month, and for that matter I can't even find the course I signed up for last month.
Does anyone know where "My Courses" can be found? On my Dashboard, all I see are "Recommended courses for you". And under Courses, I just see a listing of all available courses.

No such thing here on musescore.org

Obviously I'm not the only one experiencing this confusion. I think Musescore.ORG should do a better job of distinguishing itself from musescore.COM. Especially since there doesn't seem to be any way to contact musescore.COM once you've paid for a subscription. Especially since musescore.ORG is supported so fantastically.

There's a contact from at the bottom of the musescore.org (!) site pointing to https://musescore.com/contact, leading to an article "How do I CONTACT MuseScore support?"
Here on musescore.org we also have FAQs and HowTos dealing with this.
Here on musescore.org we can't do more than that.
As a paying customer of musescore.com go there and beat'em

This is not meant as a criticism, I'm just describing my experience, in the hope that others won't have the same problem I did. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
When I had a problem with my subscription, I just went to the Help Center, which led me to this forum.
Unless I'm missing something, none of the links you provided distinguish between musescore.com & musescore.org. They just display the Musescore logo, and I had to look REALLY hard to find any reference to .com on those pages.

You are, by very far, not the only one indeed
Check What is the difference between MuseScore.org and MuseScore.com? and How and where to ask for support
This is a painfully missing feature. I pay for site content, and using it still feels like I was a free user with no rights to access anything. I gained "permanent access" to several courses, but can't find them.

You have paid on musescore.com! Never on musescore.org.
So your question has been asked in the wrong place...
