Lyrics in middle of staves as in a hymnal?
I'm working on a hymn. I have SATB parts and I've entered the lyrics under the soprano notes, but the other parts appear to have no lyrics (see screenshot of my first measure). In a hymnal, I see the lyrics situated in the space between the SA and TB parts (see screenshot of the first measure of Amazing Grace). How can I do that?

By converting your Open Score SATB into a Close Score SATB, i.e. combining S and A, resp. T and B into one staff each.

Thanks! A downside of doing that is that if the S and A parts are one instrument and the T and B parts are one instrument, I can't do the trick I was using to export practice tracks: use the mixer to make one voice the loudest, then export to MP3.

Indeed, that was possible with Mu3 (and a staff text trick), but is no longer in Mu4. One of many but main reason why I'm still using Mu3

Create one file (with four instruments) for playback and another ("Closed" with two) for display/print.
