It is Ctrl+Shift+{Up/Down} in MuseScore 4.4.4 on Windows and works there

I have changed the shortcuts to what is shown in the image. I use Q4OS 4.12 with KDE Plasma 5.20.5.

Linux shortcuts are same as Windows
