Spacing Issue
The pages of my score tend to have a lot of extra space at the bottom, and I'd like all pages to have systems spread out as much as possible. What's the proper setting to fix?

I'm looking for something like the last system fill threshold, but that affects the vertical length as opposed to the horizontal width.

Adjust the distance between one system and the next, and between staves?

Not my music to share, but this image should give you a general idea. I would like the spacing of pages 9 and 10 to stretch to the bottom of the page without messing up pages 8 and 11.
