Perhaps you have set the default sound fonts so they do not include the sfz's or you loaded a score with sound fonts save in it that does not use sfz's.
Are the sfz's listed in the synthesizer when they do not play? If not, reload them and then use the save to score button so they will load with the score.

That didn't work but thanks for the help
There is nothing that I can think of that would cause a simple reboot to make things stop working, but a common mistake with SFZ files is not not also include the actual audio files. You need those too. So if you inadvertently deleted them thinking you didn't need them, or copied the SFZ files to a different location without also copying the audio files, that would do this. I guess if the audio files were on a network or cloud or removable drive that was no longer present on reboot, that would produce the same problem.

Ok iv'e rebooted everything there is not a darn reason for me to not have the sound fonts working! I have tried everything the only things left for me to do is to get a new computer or to wait till Musescore fixes it.

As I said previously, the most common reason for SFZ not working would be if you neglected to included the actual audio files in the folder along with the SFZ files. Can you verify this? Also try Help / Revert to Factory Settings, then load the soundfont again.
If you continue to have trouble, we can still help, but we need you to provide us with more information in order to understand what is going on. Best way would be to attach a screenshot showing the folder containing the SFZ and the audio files together, as well as a screenshot showing the View / Synthesizer / Zerberus window. Also attach the score you are having trouble with.

Ok so when i was using the sfz files I would hardly ever use the actual audio files provided by muse score considering that i didn't need them, the audio files I was using were just fine. There was one score in particular that i was working on a lot that only used sfzs, it had 30 over instruments and over 6 minutes long before I had my problems with the sfzs. The sfzs aren't working on any of the scores but the actual audio given by musescore itself still works. I reverted factory seeings on musescore and it didn't do anything. I can't reset my computer, for some weird reason it wont allow me. I'll put some screen shots as well as the score I mentioned in this comment. Here's a link to the mp3 of that score https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/782667?updated=1514904635

As I surmised, your screen shots show that you seem to be missing the audio files that came with your soundfonts. I'm not talking about files that came with MuseScore - actually, MuseScore doesn't come with any audio files. I am talking about audio files that came with your soundfonts. An SFZ file is not the whole soundfont; it's more of a "cover letter" if you will. You need the WAV or other audio file that came with your soundfonts. They generally need to be placed in the same folder as the SFZ files. Once those are in place then Zerberus can make sound. But without the audio files, there is nothing Zerberus (or any synth) can do with just an SFZ file (which is actually just plain text).
