Not able to print in pdf
here's the error message:

What OS (operating system)?
To create the pdf of a MuseScore mscz file, are you using menu item:
File -> Export -> 'Save as type', and then you save as a pdf?
If so, this should give you a pdf document which can be opened in any pdf reader app like Adobe, Sumatra, etc.
Did you create such a file? (I'm not talking about printing yet, only about exporting to pdf.)
Then, once you have the MuseScore file converted to pdf, it should be printable - just like any other pdf document you own.
You can print other (non MuseScore) pdf documents, yes?

Used the menu item you mentioned and it worked. thanks a lot.

Don't use PDF printers with MuseScore, either print directly or export to PDF
