Sextuplet contains 7 notes??
I'm trying to write in a sextuplet in measure 25 but it keeps showing 7 notes inside the sextuplet and I can't figure out what's going wrong

It looks corrupted but to tell we would need to see the original file and not just a picture.

Here is the original file. What does that mean if it's corrupted? Is there a way to fix it?

There's definitely something wrong since the first note of the tuplet should be on Beat 2.5 but MuseScore says that the first note of this tuplet is on Beat 2.6125 so somewhere along the line a rest got lost or some other corruption happened. Tuplets seem to be involved in most cases such as this.
It's easy enought to correct in this case - just insert a measure before the corrupt one, re-enter the notes (copying manually rather than by Copy/Paste) and then delete the offending measure. It's more difficlut with big scorees and many instruments.
Note - insert the measure BEFORE the corrupt one in this case so you don't mess up the time signature change to 2/4.

Great! Inserting a measure before and re-writing it fixed the problem perfectly. Thanks so much!
