Same as the issue about unison notes of different length in different voices. See #12971: Same note in different voices and lengths plays only the length of the shortest note

Indeed, that's what I thought of first.
But here the notes have the same length (half notes here, the same eg with whole notes)

No, the tied one is a whole note, playback wise

The bug is reported in #12971: Same note in different voices and lengths plays only the length of the shortest note
I thought it had been fixed, but I was wrong.
