I don't understand your question. Signature? Where?

When you are emailing (or mailing) the Musescore Copyright Agent, they ask that you put in various items of information in the message, including a signature. However, it doesn't specify if you need to put in your signature if you are the owner. I was just wondering if you need to put your signature if you are the owner. Thanks :D
The score must have a copyright notice on it. The owner of the copyright needs to be on the score also.

Every copyright score I've seen has a notice such as
(C) 2018 CM
I'm no lawyer so I'm not sure if marking an uploaded score as copyright on the upload site (as you did when you uploaded it to MuseScore.com) is sufficient or not.
