CANNOT READ FILE!!!!v
i needed to submit the file by Friday but it crashed or something.

The first file is a damaged archive file that lacks the information needed to expand it. I can´t download the second file but you could try renaming it and removing the comma from the end and then see if you can open it.

Indeed, first file is beyond repair, after a valid zip header it contains nothing but zeros
the 2nd file is a backup file, rename it in a way that gets rid of the trailing comma and see whether that opens
