"Extra Distance Above Staff" is Ignored when Other Staff is Invisible
In a score I am working on I have set a specific instrument's staff to have "Extra Distance Above Staff" (10.00sp) and - obviously - it worked, because that is a normal thing, but when the staff immediately above is turned 'invisible' (from Edit -> Instruments -> Visible (Unchecked)), then the staff that should have 10.00sp between itself and the next visible staff above it loses its "extra distance".
I would do one of those "Expected Result" and "Actual Result" things for this, but, to be honest, I'm not sure exactly how or where to do it.
I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention.
So, if anyone could help me out - either by telling me where I can officially report this bug(?), or by proving a solution (or workaround) for this problem - I would be appreciative!
Thank you!

It is in the issue tracker already, see #84866: Extra distance above staff not applied when next staff up is hidden

Alternatively, when the staff upper is hidden, use a spacer (Breaks & Spacers palette) to add distance. On each system of course if needed.

Yeah, I thought of that.
It just seemed like too much much work, but it might be my only option! Haha!
Thanks!
