Wrong note on playback
5 measures are playing back correctly, then on the 6th measure, the lowest bass note is playing one full step lower than it should be. I'm wondering if I accidentally pressed a key that alters the sound of the playback on that note or something? (My daughter is actually writing this. She's 9 and she may have hit something weird on the computer). In the image, it's the last note in the bass clef. It sounds like a 7th when it plays back.

Welcome aboard...
For playback, attaching the actual score - i.e. the MuseScore .mscz file - is much better than a picture, so we can also hear the score.
Try this:
Click on the 'bad' note, delete it, and re-enter.
You can also click on and check the pitch of the note in the 'Status Bar' - found at the bottom left of the screen.

Thanks. We had tried deleting it several times, but it didn't work. And then she deleted it, changed it to the 7th, because she liked the way that sounded and wanted to be able to play it that way, and suddenly it worked again.
As mentioned, it's almost always better to attach the score, not just a picture. As it is, my best guess is that maybe the low C was actually entered as a B and then was adjusted manually to display higher (eg, she double-clicked and the note and used the arrow keys to nudge it upwards).
But FWIW, one thing the picture does suggest is that at some point, you must have had a crash and then recovered the last session and then not done a "Save As" to save your files in a good location. That's why the score name seems so funny on the tabs. Best to do a "Save As" now to make sure your score is somewhere good, like in your own Scores folder.
