Blank space after lyrics
I have four systems on the page.
For the first three systems there is a treble cleff followed by four lyric lines.
Next a piano treble and base with no lyrics.
The fourth system has only one lyric line.
But there is blank space after that one lyric line.
I want to add one more similar system on the page also with one lyric line.
How can I reduce the blank empty space to see if I can add one more system to the page?

I would suggest you attach your score, there are a few lyric settings that could be used, or you could have a "blank" lyric line that actually has only spaces in the lyrics (entered by pressing ctrl+space).

It looks and acts like there are blank lyric lines.
How do I handle it. I want education.

In Style->General->Page you have changed the staff distance to 13. I suspect this was to make room for the lyrics. This is not necessary. When you add lyrics, space is automatically added for the lyrics. The default is 6.0 and moves the piano staff to a reasonable distance below the only line of lyrics. You won't be able to add another system for lyrics and piano to that page. You may considered decreasing the scaling in the Layout->Page settings dialog to make room for the system.

Thanks for the education.
The system I want to add is the same as current final one except for the final measure.
There is room enough to add one measure.
I need an education on the best way to do jumps and repeats to make it work.

Here is the handbook page https://musescore.org/en/handbook/repeats-and-jumps. It explains how to put in the repeats and voltas for the last measure. There are some links, so you may have to read a couple of things to understand.

I attached the same score with one measure added.
Needed is a way to tell it to do the repeat three times,
go to the sign on the fourth time making
ending two effective for the fifth occurrence.

Like this? (Sorry it took a few iterations)

Thank you, it is wonderful.
Does the dotted tie select the number of plays according to syllables?
The only problem is that it doesn't play the final measure.

I dotted those ties because sometime stere are separate sylables and other times a melisma.
I didn't try the payback, let my try again.
Try this
Sorry, still not there yet...

OK, take this, no voltas, just a D.S. al Coda (in disguise), it should now work as intended

Previous versions with the voice sequenced correclly but missed the final measure.
This one misses a whole play of the chorus.

To summarize so we understand each other.
There are four systems on the page: three for four verses, one for the chorus.
The repeat in the chorus repeats for verses two through four each followed by the chorus line.
After all of that, the chorus line should play a fifth time but with the final measure of the score.

And what's wrong with Jojo's version (https://musescore.org/en/node/273242#comment-839323)? For me it's plays the verse and refrain four times, then jumps to the refrain (segno) and to the final measure.

Yes, it works fine.
I must have downloaded it too early when he was working on it.
I looked at all the versions I have downloaded and none are like this.
I will need exact steps to accomplish this because
I have an English version that needs the same procedure.

To reproduce Jojo's version:

Yes, sorry about that.
a) set play count of the measure with the end repeat barline to 4 (number of verses).
b) add the Segno to the 1st measure of the chorus/refrain
c) add the Coda in the last measure (and make invisible)
d) add the To Coda in the 3rd to last measure (and make invisible)
e) add the D.S. al Coda (and change the text)
