Tempo issues
When I change the tempo (within The Score) from 200 to 207 then 214 then 221 etc it keeps getting slower.

Does it mean with tempo markings (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tempo) or inside the play panel (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/play-mode#play-panel)?
Please attache the score to see whats going on.

Not sure, how you add/edit the tempo text. In your version you'll see inside the inspector a bpm of 80 for each tempo.
The normal way is to select a note or a rest, double click on the tempo text inside the tempo palette, double click the tempo text inside the score and change the actual tempo.

I've a mystery !! I delete all the TEMPO, and I re-write them. The numbers are correct in the Inspector, but it works at 80 BPM all along RWBY RW.mscz

No the tempo is the same as written in the inspector.
