How To Combine Parts
I created my arrangement with three trumpet, three trombone, and three clarinet parts. In order to reduce the number of staves in the score, is there a way to combine three parts into on stave? In the score, I would like one line for all of the clarinet parts, one line for all the trumpet parts, and one line for all the trombone parts.

You will want to create a staff that you want displayed in the score that you use implode, or possibly voices that contains two or three of the parts. You will then want to make the combined staff invisible in the instruments dialog and not make a part out of it. Better still, extract parts before making the combined staves so you can still use new all for the parts.
