"Print" button completely disappears when I log in with PRO
I recently upgraded to MuseScore PRO because I wanted to be able to print out parts separately, not only scores.
In particular, I was looking into printing this:
https://musescore.com/user/102503/scores/150464
When I open the page without logging in, there is a button on the right hand side, where it says "Print". There are a total of four buttons: "Download", "Print", "Share", and "Favorite". (See attached image "not-logged-in.PNG".
When I click on Print whilst not logged in, it allows me to print the full score, but when I select one instrument, e.g. "Violine 1", it prompts me to "go PRO".
The text which is shown is:
"To print parts, please upgrade to a Pro account first. Go Pro"
I decided to go PRO last week Friday and payed the monthly fee. After receiving the payment confirmation, I logged in, but now not only can I not print out the parts, the print button itself has completely disappeared. The three buttons left are "Download", "Share", and "Favorite". "Print" is gone. (See attached image "logged-in.PNG".
I tried the "Download" option but this only downloads the score but the parts are nowhere to be found...!
Has anyone had this kind of issue before? If you have an idea of how to get around this issue, I would be very thankful for any kind of advice!
Thank you in advance.

No need for a Pro account, just download the score into MuseScore and generate and print the parts there.
Other than that better report this in https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/ or to support@musescore.com
On the other hand: just press that download button and from there select PDF and parts.
Strange enough: I have never seen that print button and don't now, whether logged in or not.
Not on Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 11 nor Chrome.

I will try as you suggested and see if it works!

Thank you for this suggestion too. I reported it to support@musescore.com . I hope, they respond to me soon.

As to the download button - I thought, I would be able to download the PDF of parts separately too, but unfortunately, it does not seem to have "select parts..." When I download the PDF, it just downloads the full score. The parts are nowhere to be found... (see attached screenshot)

That is indeed strange!!
Thanks again for your help.

The score you tried to download may not have parts. being from 2013 it got to have been created with MuseScore 1.x which didn't have them.
https://musescore.com/user/102503/scores/150464
indeed got created with MuseScore 1.3. So download the score itself, open with MuseScore, fix the corruptions (!), then generated and print the parts
Corruptions:
Measure 81 Staff 15 incomplete. Expected: 3/4; Found: 4/8
Measure 82 Staff 15 incomplete. Expected: 3/4; Found: 4/8
Strange enough that this score, once ignoring those corruption, opens and does have linked parts in 2.x, which it did not in 1.3.
Corruptions fixed in 2.3.2, see attached.
