I'm not sure right or wrong, but I would prefer #2. A bit more space for easier reading.

And, in the presence of multiple instruments and barlines that connect them, do you need to repeat the Volta lines?
(Shorten the barline or adjust the Volta line as in the Oboe 2 are the hypotheses that I have suggested)

This is usually not needed, but sometimes done. In that case it indeed may make sense to have them offset from the barline a tiny bit, but both of them

AFAIK it isn't the usual way to use connected barlines between different instrument groups and I'm not aware, if I've ever seen a score in such a way.
In this case I would at least least disconnect the barline between Flauto an Oboe 1 and removing the Volta of Oboe 2 while the barlines are connected between the instruments.
But as you know, I've a little bit user experience but no professional skills.
