Listening to Individual Parts Musescore 3.0
How do I listen to single parts of a score (in this case, a symphony orchestra arrangment)? I went into "File", selected "Parts..." and selected "New All". All I had to do in 2.3.2 was follow these steps, select the part I wanted to play from the tabs that would come up under the score title and press play to hear one part.

Open the mixer and solo the part there
But fwiw, if your only goal is to hear the part soloed, no need to generate the parts at all, just use the Solo button on the Mixer for the score itself.
