Project
Using MS 3.0.5.5992.
Repro:
- Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Shortcuts
- Find shortcut "Note duration: Augmentation dot" and double-click
- Type comma (,)
- Shortcut now reads ".; ,"
- Restart MuseScore
- Find the shortcut again. Now it reads ".; " (i.e., it has a delimiter, but is missing the comma), and the comma shortcut doesn't work
I am using a Norwegian/Scandinavian keyboard in case that's relevant.
If I use the NumPad comma instead, the shortcut after restart will read ".; Numpad+ ", i.e. it is still missing just the comma (and the shortcut still doesn't work).

Are you using the , on the numeric keypad? If so it may be related to that key being used in decimal numbers. I have both the . and the , on my main keyboard defined on my US keyboard. The . is used in the US like , is in most of the world as a decimal point.

@Jojo-Schmitz This worked fine for me in MS2.0 (same keyboard), so it doesn't seem to be the same issue.
It is the same issue, it indeed worked in MuseScore 2, but only the NumPad comma, not the one on the main keyboard

Ok, but the numpad comma doesn't work in MS3.0, so there's at least something different. Would be great if the numpad comma could work!
Right, the NumPad comma doesn't work anymore in MuseScore 3, it did in MuseScore 2 though
With the fix proposed for #63301: Comma as a shortcut won't get saved this should work again, along with the 'normal' comma, which never worked

Great, happy to hear it!
