When I transpose the notes, the notes change, but not the audio.
I transposed sheet music, and the notes changed, but the audio was exactly the same. Also, when I clicked "concert pitch", it shows the original notes (before they were transposed). How do you transpose the audio as well?

How did you transpose? Via staff properties? That'd be wrong then and result in what you experience, use Tools > Transpose... instead
