Can't select staff or anything in it
OS: macOS Mojave (10.14), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.5.21343, revision: 58dd23d
See enclosed little score. I can't select anything in the lowest (single staff piano) staff in the second system.

It's a single page view issue. I've seen a similar issue that was supposed to be fixed in version 3.1, but I have the same problem in 3.1 beta 2. The workaround is to add a measure that will be on the next page or switch to a different view to edit the staff.

The issue seems to arise when switching views during score playback. Therefore disabling the switching of views during playback may fix this bug.
