Let the fingering has the “anchor” property. Just be the same one as the articulations.

Fingering layout works very differently, I can't see that it would work to use these same settings. Can you explain more what your actual goal is here? The different fingering subtypes each have their own layout algorithms that are finey tuned for their intended purposes. Is one of them not doing what you expect? If not, perhaps better to try one of the other subtypes, or we could tweak the algorithm further?
