Staff Space Scaling
I had created my scores making this setting "Staff/Part Properties - Scale (120%)"
Then I learned It contradits the other settings.
Now I want to catch same staff size at "Format - Page Settings - Scaling - Staff Space (1.764mm)"
What value should I put on that 1.764mm value to match 120% scale size in my previous scores?

You can't do the simple math yourself?
1.764 * 1.2 = 2,1168 is hat my calculator gives

On Staff properties section it's used different unit "sp" which I don't know what it is though It's used "mm" on Page Settings.
That had confused me.

To be clear, "sp" is whatever your actual staff space is - the value you set in page settings. It's what almost all measurements in any notation program are based on.
