My Score Will Not Process
I've been trying since last night to upload a score, and it refuses to process. I've deleted and tried to upload on 3 separate occasions.

When you open it in MuseScore does it tell you the score is corrupt?

It's not corrupt. I played it back before I uploaded it.

Can you open it afreash? It might have gotten corrupt with you had it open last, but MuseScore only check corruption on opeing a score (and on Save online too IIRC)

You will need to attach the score here. It doesn't go through the processing it does on the .com site and we can see what the problem is.

It indeed doesn't seem to be corrupt but regardless indeed doesn't seem to line being saved online...
Exporting to PDF works, as does MP3 and musicxml, mxl and SVG, so all the formats musescore.com generates and offers for download.

export to mxl and import again.
Could one of these be:
excessive tempo changes.
Pedals in strings.
Very long pedals at synth1.
frequent Instrument-changes at synth2
etc.

Those tempo changes are accel.'s that were in a plugin. I've never had issues with them before?

I wonder if ".com" site hangs on one of them, while processing this score. (someone might know)
I'm looking for the answer: "If something is deleted in this score, can we solve this problem?"

The score was created in version 3.1. There are at times corruptions in 3.1 scores that 3.2.3 does not see. Looking through the score I don't see where this might be. I tried saving the score as 3.2.3 and deleting the picture and that didn't seem to help.
BTW, it's the score that's the problem not your user account.

It didn't work on my account. I've been marking the score as private to avoid any copyright issues.
There was talk the other day on Telegram about the new procedures for uploading scores.
After some delay, the version 2 score finished processing. I tried one of my own scores and it's stuck in processing mode.

It looks like PNG export hangs, that is likely to prevent musescore.com from processing the score properly. I have a fix for the issue so will submit it shortly.
Concerning the possible immediate workarounds, the issue is caused by some lyrics at page 5 so slight rearrangement of that lyrics seems to be able to work around the issue. I attached a score with a system break added after measure 58 which pushes all the nearby lyrics to the 5th page. This score doesn't cause PNG export to hang so it is likely to behave correctly on musescore.com upload as well (although I didn't check it).

Darn, the only export I did not try, wasn't aware that it is done on musescore.com too.
Edit: I tried now and PNG export works for me, is it a platform thing, working on Windoes but not on Linux=

I don't understand:
You have sent a question to "musescore.com" about "why my score remains in the process".
and they answer to you: "ask this to the "musescore.org" forum".???
This is impossible in many ways.
Maybe they said, "Your score has an error, ask the org forum how to fix it"?
Even here again the answer is not complete.
For example: Where is the error, How can I fix this; They did not answer these questions?
And please know this:
Most of the volunteers in the musescore.org forum do not know employees at musescore.com.
Most of the employees at musescore.com do not know the volunteers on the musescore.com forum.
that is, musescore.org or musescore.com sites are not subordinate or parent branches of each other.
One has salaried employees (this is .com site), other has the free volunteers, contributors (this is .org site).

and some in-betweens, like Anatoly and Dmitri as well Daniel and Mike (those 2 esp. for MDL, which seems to be what you're using?).
Anyhow, to see whether your score has an issue, we'd need to see it first.
All of my scores are now updated on musescore.com including the original problem score and my score.
