Crashing at start
Hi there!
Trying to start Musescore since several days. It starts but only displays the start window, not with the Musescore window on the background. Able to select "create new part" or "recently opened files" but the window goes to the task bar and no way to get it once again, neither the program window. No response, no interaction, no music...
I uninstalled, several times, had reboot, posted an issue on the reporting page, had an answer but my post disappeared without being resolved (it sayed to update from v2 to the last 3.2.3., what was made!!!). The problem came for the fist time with Musescore running (after a half of an hour sleeping time to have dinner...).
Joined files: the first file, started with v2, the second one is the converted file to the v 3.2.3.
No file, opened from the assistant or from Windows, even the older or a new, permit to open Musescore.
Thanks for your support.

See #296140: Fatal crash and the answer given there:
The MuseScore 2 score stems from 2.1.0, the MuseScore 3 score from 3.0.5.
Neither crashes in 3.2.3, so you'd need to update to that, whatever bug it might have been in 3.0.5, it seems fixed in 3.2.3
You may also want to update your MuseScore 2 to 2.3.2.

As you can read in my post, your answer wasn't correct for my case, as you can read in my post, I couldn't retrieve my former post with your answer, as you can read in my post, I'm always with the same problem with the last update of Musescore.
Thanks and have a great day.

No idea what problem you have in retriving that issue, I had none. Anyway, see below.
If the program is still visible in the task bar it hasn't crashed (yet)
Doesn't seem to crash for you either, just hang, or rather open and start, but outside of the visible screen area?
See https://musescore.org/en/node/287862 and try the steps mentioned there, last of which is a facory reset (and indeed reinstalling won't help there, it rarely does)
