Staff/Part Properties Broken
A while ago, I had to restart my computer, and I had MuseScore open at the time. Ever since then, whenever I try to change a part in a composition, it just opens a blank window. Anyone know how to fix this?

This is a problem for all scores I'm working on.

Then it should be easy to choose one to post. Works fine for all scores I've tried, so there must be something unique about yours, or something you are not doing correct. We'd need to see your score, and also tell us precisely what you are doing, step by step, that leads to the problem.

And what I am doing is I'm right-clicking on the name of the part, and then clicking Staff/Part Properties. It's worked normally before, but all of a sudden it stopped working about a month or two ago, and even closing and reopening doesn't work.

To be clear, you did the update so you are running either 3.3.4 or 3.4, and you did the Revert to Factory Settings?
So, you are right-clicking the staff name, and the context menu appears, you see Staff/Part Properties in the menu, and you click it? At that point, are you saying the dialog pops up but it's empty, or no dialog appears at all? Is it any different if you right-click the staff itself to begin the process?

Not really. the only thing that happens is the window doesn't appear and nothing happens at all.

OK, originally you said "it just opens a blank window". Has that changed then?
And please, can you confirm, via Help / About, which version of MuseScore you are using? And please be absolutely explicit: you di follow the "Revert to Factory Settings" procedure as advised?
My best guess is that the dialog is appearing but offscreen - perhaps because it accidentally got dragged there previously, or maybe you were using a second monitor at one time that is no longer attached, or your screne resolution has changed, etc. The revert procedure would fix that. So we need to be absolutely 100% positive you did that.
