In the forum thread, HuBandiT posted an edited version of the F#3 sample that removes the undesired noise. This fix will be included in version 0.1.9 of the SoundFont.

I have finished version 0.1.9 of the SoundFont, featuring a fix for this issue. You can download the SoundFont here. Here is the HQ version (better ensemble strings).
Let's mark it fixed then, even without knowing when this will make it into the MuseScore package or when the HQ Extensions gets updated with this
Is that F♯₃ or F♯₄ now? This issue says 3, the soundfont changelog says 4…

The sample name is "Aah Choir F#4", but it is mapped to notes E3-F#3. Whoever made those samples used an unconventional numbering scheme for the octaves.

Actually that version hasn't yet made it into MuseScore, so marking it "PR created", and home that the version 0.2 makes it into MuseScore 3.5
