Guitar Tablature related bugs

1. If one instance of a chord is deleted from a linked Treble Clef all the remaining instances of the chords are also deleted from both the staves(Treble and Tab) in the piece. (Please see Before and After deletion screenshots for details)

2. Conversion of chords containing bass note ('C' on 5th string) from Standard Notation to Tablature created on stable release 1.1 not proper. The converted tab notation shows wrong fingerings and "-1" character on the tab.(Please see attached screen shot for detail).
