Writing for multiple choirs
Hey, friends!
I am wanting to electronically transcribe a piece I wrote for 3 choirs (SATBB). When I put the instruments into MuseScore, it linked all 15 staves together into one system. Is there any way I can split them into 3 systems?

Not if you want the 3 choirs, 15 instruments, to play at the same time. You can however use brackets to make clear which choir is what, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/bracket
The only way I know to do this is to add instruments to make the staves you want then copy (or cut) the written music from the old staff to the new staff then remove the empty/unwanted staves. The easiest way to select an entire staff is
click on the first beat of the first measure of the old staff
hold down and press the button (this selects everything to the end of the staff)
use C to copy what is selected - this is safer than X to cut it in case something catastrophic happens after you cut the line.
click on the first beat of the destination staff and V to paste what was previously copied.
As I said, after that you delete the unwanted staves and you can control each staff independently, which is probably why you don't want 15 linked staves. It is possible but a pain to change the volume on only one of several linked staffs.
